The high mountain’s ideal rainfall, high elevation, weather, and clean air are imperative in achieving the tea’s delicate and aromatic flavor. High mountain oolong tea is harvested at its peak leading to a vibrant green coloration and a taste that is fruity in flavor with a smooth honey finish.
